Tayzma Technologies – Payment Terms

1. Applicable Jurisdictions
These Payment Terms apply globally, including clients in:
U.S., Nigeria, Ghana, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, India, China, Russia, Canada, the EU, and others.
Billing currency is primarily USD, unless specified in writing.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/debit cards (via Stripe)
- Online payments
- POS/in-person card terminals
- Bank transfers
- International invoices (SWIFT, SEPA, etc.)
Local limitations (e.g., Nigeria FX rules, GCC banking rules, India RBI regulations, China cross-border restrictions) may apply. Tayzma will comply with region-specific payment regulations where required.
3. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, or annually.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
4. Taxes & Duties
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes based on their jurisdictions:
- U.S. state/local taxes
- VAT (EU, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.)
- GST (India)
- HST/GST (Canada)
- Withholding taxes (Africa, Asia, Middle East)
5. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments are non-refundable
- Deposits and retainers are non-refundable
- Refunds for regulatory restrictions or force majeure are reviewed case-by-case
6. Late Payments
Late invoices may incur:
- 1.5% monthly interest
- Suspension of service
- Collections or recovery fees
7. Chargebacks
You must contact Tayzma before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service termination.
