Strategic Investment

Building the Infrastructure for Global Technology Opportunities

Tayzma Technologies is a U.S.-based technology company developing commercial technology services and specialized technology procurement capabilities, with a primary strategic focus on African markets. Our strategy combines African market understanding, access to U.S. and international technology providers, disciplined compliance, and commercial execution. As Tayzma develops its operations and qualified opportunities, the company may selectively consider strategic investment from eligible investors who can support its long-term growth.

Tayzma Technologies may consider approximately $150,000 to $1.5 million in strategic capital, with participation intentionally limited to a small number of qualified strategic investors.

Capital may be deployed toward areas including:

  • Compliance and organizational readiness
  • African market research and opportunity development
  • Technology and vendor evaluation
  • Commercial technology service development
  • Procurement and opportunity-development support
  • Corporate and operational infrastructure
  • Professional, legal, compliance, and due-diligence support

Tayzma Technologies is currently pre-revenue. Investment capital is intended to strengthen the company’s readiness and ability to develop and pursue qualified commercial and institutional opportunities. No government contract, commercial engagement, revenue level, profitability, investment return, or transaction timeline is guaranteed.

Tayzma is developing two complementary business channels.

Commercial Technology & Digital Services

Proposed commercial offerings include custom software development, web and mobile application development, digital marketing and brand strategy, SEO and AI-search optimization, cybersecurity and data protection, software licensing and technology consulting, systems integration, implementation, and support.

These proposed commercial engagements are designed to provide a future operating-revenue base once launched, while larger institutional opportunities are being developed.

Specialized Technology & Institutional Procurement

Tayzma also researches and develops qualified technology opportunities involving government agencies, public institutions, and, where lawful and appropriate, authorized defense and security organizations.

Specialized technology solutions may include high-level cybersecurity systems, authorized legal interception software, and digital intelligence platforms, all of which are strictly subject to U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) export regulations, ITAR constraints, and applicable end-user verification protocols.

Any applicable transaction may also be subject to manufacturer authorization, sanctions screening, export-control review, end-user and end-use verification, procurement requirements, contractual due diligence, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Compliance is a fundamental part of Tayzma Technologies’ business model.

International expansion is intended to operate under a written, audited FCPA and Anti-Bribery Compliance Protocol incorporating risk-based third-party due diligence, documented approvals, appropriate contractual controls, recordkeeping, ongoing monitoring, and escalation of identified red flags.

Tayzma maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bribes and improper payments to foreign officials and does not pay success fees to foreign officials or unvetted third parties.

Prospective investors are subject to applicable eligibility, accreditation, verification, due-diligence, and compliance requirements.

Prospective investors must complete Tayzma Technologies’ Investor Accreditation Questionnaire under Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933 as part of the investor qualification process.

Tayzma Technologies also conducts applicable prospective-investor compliance screening, including OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN), global Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), and applicable financial-crime and due-diligence checks before accepting investment funds.

Completion of an investor questionnaire, accreditation review, compliance screening, NDA, or due-diligence process does not constitute acceptance of an investment.

Qualified prospective investors may request Tayzma Technologies’ confidential pre-NDA Strategic Investor Overview and investor qualification materials.

Additional confidential information, including certain technology providers, prospective customers or end users, transaction-level information, proprietary market research, pricing, margins, opportunity-development strategies, and other non-public information, is not publicly disclosed and may be provided only when appropriate during formal due diligence and subject to applicable confidentiality requirements.
