1. Compliance Across All Jurisdictions

Use of the API must comply with:

• U.S. federal & Ohio law
• GDPR
• NDPR
• DPDP (India)
• PIPL (China)
• PIPEDA (Canada)
• Saudi, UAE, Qatari cyber/data laws
• Any other applicable local cybersecurity and privacy frameworks

2. License

You are granted a limited, revocable license to use Tayzma APIs for approved purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Build competing products
• Attempt to extract or reverse engineer models or code
• Use APIs for weaponized, harmful, or unlawful surveillance
• Violate regional export-control or sanctions laws
• Circumvent security limitations
• Exceed rate limits

4. Data Handling

You must:

• Follow all relevant privacy laws for your region
• Obtain consent where required
• Secure all API data via encryption
• Not store data longer than necessary
• Report breaches immediately

5. API Modifications

We may update, modify, throttle, or discontinue API endpoints.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Abuse
• Violation of global laws
• Security threats
• Non-payment
• Breach of these terms
